“Waking on the Ground” by Rory O’Sullivan

Rory O’Sullivan, a family physician in Toronto and assistant professor of family medicine at the University of Toronto, has a deep interest in narrative and creative writing. 

His debut novella “Waking on the Ground” follows a homeless veteran with psychosis who stumbles upon a kidnapping, only to uncover a deeper connection to the crime. The story explores the tension between accepting the world as it is and striving for what it should be.
